Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging (tags, box, and accessories).

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@sneakersit.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Do not ship returns without authorization—unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Free returns if the item is incorrect, defective, or due to our error.
Customer-paid returns for change of mind, wrong size, or non-defective items.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
For size or style exchanges, email support@sneakersit.com, and we’ll assist with a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll provide a free replacement or full refund.
